Stephie Knopel, born in Chile with a taste of Germany and living in Tel Aviv since 2009 is an entrepreneur and Co-founder of LNRD.io  a new technology bringing synergy to human capital and rebuilding the broken protocol between talents and companies. With more than 18 years of trajectory in Coolhunting -early trends detection- and Brand Experience, Stephie started her career started as a Creative Leader in advertising, helping brands such as adidas, BMW, Pedigree, AIG, to use forward thinking mindset and bring the new trends to the now. Through the influence of the startup nation ecosystem and her relentless disruptive mindset, she left advertising and became an entrepreneur founding 3 companies and gaining experience in the Saas tech sector. Passionate about human talents, she is the co-author of “The Science of lostness” an ongoing international research, decoding how talents lose their career direction or become “sleepwalkers” a phenomena that is being enhanced in the last years. By using S.A.R (search and rescue) methodologies for missing people, the Science of lostness aims to bring a mental model around lostness and turn it into a new opportunity to awake people’s zone of genius. She is head of communication at Double You and leads workshops around the world. She is the mother of Noa, partner of Michael Vole and a relentless optimist.
